In 1992 James Pepper and Thomas Macias opened Party On La Cienega in Los Angeles, California. It is located where Los Angeles, West Hollywood and Beverly Hills converge. For the first few years, Party On La Cienega specialized in unique party supplies and decorations. Since then it has grown into a group of boutiques that has become a popular retail destination for many, including celebrities.

Coinciding with our 15th anniversary, we have consolidated Party On La Cienega, The Good Life, Wrap Scissors Paper and Baby Baby into one store, partypaperlife, and launched our online store, partypaperlife.com.
